MILWAUKEE®​ 2025 OPE Survey Terms & Conditions ​
PROMOTER
 
  1. The Milwaukee OPE Survey ("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries EMEA Ltd, whose registered address is 22 Market Street, Maidenhead, United Kingdom, SL6 8AD ("Promoter").
  2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of this Agreement. Entrants will be subject to the terms of use of the Milwaukee website found here www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/terms-of-use/ and the Survey terms and conditions found here https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/competitions/ope-survey-2025/ope-survey-terms-and-conditions/.
 
 
ELIGIBILITY
 
  1. This Promotion is applicable to residents in a participating European country (Austria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom) who are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. The Promotion will be void and non-applicable where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable local laws accordingly.
  2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter and its affiliated companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.
  3. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required and Prize withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion; however, internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.
 
 
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
 
  1. The Promotion opens at [Start Time] on [Start Date] and closes at [End Time] on [End Date].
  2. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
 
 
HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
 
  1. Complete the survey at [insert survey link] which is available in the email received using a valid email address and select a sub-trade.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
 
 
PRIZE CONDITIONS
 
  1. A total of 3 (three) participants will be selected at random using a computer-generated selection process to win the Prize listed in Annex 1.
  2. The Prize is listed in Annex 1 below. For the avoidance of doubt, the value of the Prize is EUR 1500.
  3. The Prize will be delivered within 30 working days from the date the winners each provide their postal address to the Promoter.
  4. The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the Promotion closing where they will be requested to provide a delivery address for sending the Prize.
  5. The winner must respond within 5 working days of notification to claim the Prize. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. The Promoter shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
  7. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  8. The Prize is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
 
 
DATA PROTECTION
 
  1. Personal data relating to the entrants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with the current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found here https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants to verify their personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, any entry made in relation to the Promotion as set out in section 4 will be deemed to have given consent for the Promotor to process all personal data as defined under Art.4 (1) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679.
 
 
GENERAL
 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  2. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or suspected of fraud.
  3. The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or failures that prevent entry.
  4. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. If any provision under this Agreement is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
 
 
GOVERNING LAW
 
  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
