By completing this survey, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights or otherwise control all of the necessary rights thereto; and

In particular, you agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• That includes personal or sensitive information about third persons or any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
• That contains any computer or software viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

 
For any content that you submit, you grant TTI a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right to publish, use, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, present, make available, broadcast, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world. This particularly but not exclusively comprises permission for the unlimited use of the content by TTI in future marketing activity, including but not restricted to print marketing, rich media including online, via websites, social media channels and mobile communication platforms.
 
All content that you submit will be used at TTI’s sole discretion.
 
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the current GDPR legislation and TTI’s Privacy Policy found here https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/. The personal data (email address) related to your submission will be anonymized within 12 months of submission but no personal data will be used in the publishing of the whitepaper.
 
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the contents of your submission. You agree to indemnify and hold TTI (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable legal fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
 
By submitting your email address in connection with your submission, you agree that TTI and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your submission and other administrative purposes.
