FORCE LOGIC™ Hydraulic Cable Crimper crimps connectors in less than 5 seconds with 60 KN if force and allows crimping of connectors up to 300 mm² in copper and aluminium.

The latched linear style utilises linear pressure to create the most uniform crimp appearance

Optimised for both industrial and utility cable applications, this latest addition to Milwaukee Tools crimper line-up features a latched head that easily opens and secures around the wire and rotates up to 350° for maximum control in any orientation and unrivalled access into confined spaces.

The M18™ FORCE LOGIC™ Hydraulic 60 kN Cable Crimper features an enlarged trigger and dual electronic release buttons allow both left and right-handed users to easily activate the cordless crimper tool without changing hand positions. The FORCE LOGIC™* hydraulic crimper is a lightweight and well balanced 60 kN latched crimper, reducing operator fatigue.

Featuring Predictive Force Monitoring (PFM™), full pressure is ensured on every cycle for consistent crimps, with a green LED instantly verifying when full pressure is reached. Before beginning a cycle, the tool automatically does a pre-crimp battery check, ensuring there is enough power to complete the crimp. Sealed electronics resist harsh environments with dirt, dust, and moisture.

The universal die reception is compatible with MILWAUKEE® 22-series die range and most common 60 kN U-dies (C shaped dies) on the market.

As a complete problem-solving solution, the tool is compatible with, ONE-KEY™** allowing users to sync the tool wirelessly with their mobile device or desktop. Users can upload data and history to create custom reports that track the pressure and timing of every crimp, identifying where and when the tool was last seen, and track the utilisation and service intervals of the tool to maximise uptime and maintain inventory.
