Bluetooth® tracking tags are not being detected or providing accurate location data.

1) Check battery level on TICK device (typically 1-year lifespan)

Only the MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM™ 6.0 Ah Battery, MX FUEL™ FORGE™ 8.0 Ah Battery and MX FUEL™ FORGE™ 12.0 Ah Battery are ONE-KEY™ enabled.

Add a Tracker or Bluetooth® Tag to others to add them to your ONE-KEY™ inventory.

Geofence alerts not working

Not receiving alerts when crossing geofence.

TRACK-005: Tool Cannot Be Located After Theft - GPS Misconception

ONE-KEY™ uses Bluetooth® crowd-sourcing, not GPS. Location updates only occur when the tool comes within ~100ft of a device running the ONE-KEY™ app. If no ONE-KEY™ user passes near the tool, the location will not update.

1) Check the last know location in the app - this is the last point any ONE-KEY™ app detected the tool.

2) Encourage all site crew to run the ONE-KEY™ app in the background to expand the detection network.

3) Contact MILWAUKEE® support with the tool serial number to assist with recovery.

4) For real-time location tracking, attach a dedicated GPS tracker to high-value tools.

5) Use the Tool Lock feature to render the tool unusable if you believe it has been stolen.
