A solution for increasing productivity by making stapling less labour intensive. Our tool is designed to eliviate the repetitiveness and strain of hammering using our cordless nailing and stapling technology.
We’ve found many linemen and fence installers resort to using a hammer to drive staples when installing copper ground wire to a wooden utility pole, or wire fencing on a farmstead. Driving 9 Gauge staples by hand is not only time consuming, but the manual process can be labour
intensive and puts a toll on a user’s body. With our advancements in cordless nailing and stapling technology, we knew the Fencing Utility Stapler would simplify the stapling process by providing a solution that would require no intensive labour and increase productivity as a result.
The M18 FUEL™ Fencing Utility Stapler is designed to allow linemen and fence installers to staple up to 6 times faster than when compared to installing with a hammer. The stapler simplifies the two-handed hammer stapling operation into a one-handed battery-powered task with increased maneuverability and less strain from repetitive hammering. When paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 3.0 Ah battery, the Fencing Utility Stapler can drive up to 600 staples per charge, cutting down the time spent hammering staples. It also includes a secondary, manual trigger lock to prevent misfires. Furthermore, the utility fencing stapler features MILWAUKEE® ’s state-of-the-art Nitrogen Spring Mechanism, providing optimum power needed for driving staples into the toughest utility pole and fence posts materials.
MILWAUKEE® also introduces the new 9 Gauge Galvanised Staples. Compatible only with the M18 FUEL™ Fencing Utility Stapler, these staples come in sizes 40, 45 and 50 mm. Their barbed and coated divergent staple legs provide superior hold in material over time, and the diamond crown design accommodates larger wire sizes and small plastic moldings. The 9 Gauge Staples include zinc-aluminium hot-dipped galvanisation for increased corrosion resistance.
