The M18 FUEL™* Vacuum Pump 5 CFM, powered by M18™ REDLITHIUM™ batteries, delivers the run time and speed needed while minimising the time and effort of setting up and tearing down, allowing users to get their work done and move onto the next job.
Vacuum pumps are critical installation tools for residential and light commercial technicians during the evacuation stage of HVAC repairs and installs. Various hose configurations can be used to connect to a system to evacuate, and often technicians include a manifold in the connection setup. The M18 FUEL™ Vacuum Pump 5 CFM is designed with an industry-first Manifold Mode to maximise speed and run time, providing up to 90 minutes of run time per charge on one M18™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 8.0 Ah battery. For evacuations utilising direct connections and large ½” hoses, Default Mode provides up to 60 minutes of run time on one M18™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 8.0 Ah battery. For use in residential and light commercial applications, the vacuum pump’s ½”, ⅜”, and ¼” ports deliver fast evacuations, especially when used with large hoses.
Featuring a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor that allows for evacuations as fast as corded during system pulldowns, the M18 FUEL™ Vacuum Pump harnesses REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence to ensure maximum performance and protection from overload. Engineered for productivity, MILWAUKEE®’s vacuum pump solves corded frustrations by providing instant power while also minimising the time and effort to setup and tear down.
The M18 FUEL™ Vacuum Pump is thoughtfully designed for the way HVAC technicians work, featuring an isolation ball valve to isolate the pump for easy battery changes, an internal check valve designed to protect the system vacuum when the pump is not running, and gas ballast valve which extends oil life and decreases the frequency of oil changes. In addition, a large oil port and angled oil drain allow for easy oil changes without a funnel. For the professional looking to extend the use of the pump long term, the pump was designed with easily replaceable parts for quick in-field repairs.
