MILWAUKEE® Introduces Safer, Faster Cable Stripping for Power Utility Trades

MILWAUKEE® introduces the brand new M18 FUEL™* Cable Stripping Tool, a cordless solution engineered to improve safety and deliver consistent results across a wide range of cable sizes.

With the capability to strip 25 mm per second, the M18 FUEL™ Cable Stripping tool drives productivity while minimising knife injuries with no exposed blades.

Designed for adaptability in the field, the M18 FUEL™ Cable Stripping Tool features a fully adjustable stripping head range that streamlines setup across a wide range of cable materials and sizes. This new solution delivers maximum versatility through quick connection, easy adjustment, and efficient set up time. Eliminating the complexity of fixed systems, this solution is designed with just six stripping heads, covering 50 – 800 m2 cables.

Addressing one of the most common safety concerns in the trade, the M18 FUEL™ Cable Stripping Tool is designed with no exposed blades, helping to significantly reduce the risk of job site lacerations. The concealed cutting blade mechanism keeps the operator’s hands away from the cutting zone, offering a safer alternative to solutions such as knives and torches, which are commonly used today.

Up to 4x faster vs manual tools with powered stripping speed of 25 mm/s.
