Once repaired, your tool will be delivered back to your chosen location.

What's included in Platinum Service?

*Normal mainenance includes a maximum of three (3) calibrations over the Platinum Service term

Are there any exclusions?

Mainly the exclusions apply on:
Demolition activity and Production lines

Based on experience, the tools/type of users listed below should always be excluded from the Platinum program due to costs reasons.

- Scaffolders [using 12v and 18v Impact wrenches during all days]

- Wall chasing [using small grinders and not the dedicated twin blades wall chaser]

- Pallet repairs [Sawzalls]

- Metal finishing [using small grinders all day / every day]

- Random Orbital sanders [being used all day / every-day sanding very large areas]

- Impact drivers [used all day every day on roofing / flooring / fencing]

- Small angle grinders because the cost of repair is too high compared to the SSP

- Old range of Nailers
